You finally found the perfect girl! She loves you for who you are, has stuck by you at your worst, celebrated with you at your best, and your family loves her. She’s the one. Now you are faced with the dilemma of how to purpose to the girl you would lasso the moon for. Here’s where several people would slow down and tell you to be the wise and frugal mate.

However, there are times in life when it’s not only ok to go all out, but recommended and deserved. She deserves everything you can offer her, right? After all that’s what you’re going to to spend the rest of your life doing anyway. Now’s as good a time as any to start.

Below are a few suggestions for setting up that perfect night.

The Perfect Dinner 

By now, taking your girl out on date shouldn’t be a new thing. She should be well acquainted with how expressive you can be while you are out. With that said, this is not the night for a trip to Burger King and the movies.

If you need to save some money, by all means take the time to do so. After all, she is worth it. Now, there are restaurants out there that can charge as much as $600 for a single four-course meal.

That is probably overkill for most, but there are some very nice places, that are more expensive than McDonald’s, that can show your lady how special she is to you and set the romantic mood necessary for the evening, as well. Take the chance to cater to her. It may be the only time you are ever able to, but she will remember it forever. 

The Perfect Place 

Ok. You have booked your reservations at the restaurant of her dreams. Now it’s time to woo her with how well you know her. This is the woman who you plan to become one with. When you consider where to purpose to her, there should be none of you in the decision.

That is to say, the place you choose should be so special to her, that she knows without a shadow of a doubt that you know her to her core. Depending on where that place might be, you may need to be prepared to spend a little more cash. If your lady simply loves to be outdoors, maybe scheduling a hike for two would be a good idea.

There are also several places you can hire a guide to take you rock climbing or repelling if she enjoys more of a challenge. Proposing 200 ft. off the ground is not something a girl will easily forget. Don’t be afraid to invest in this moment. You only get one shot. 

The Perfect People

This part probably won’t cost you a dime, but it’s often one of the most important parts of a perfect proposal. Your precious love of a lifetime, has family, no doubt and you probably do, too. Along with all the family that care endlessly for you and her, you both have friends that love you as though you were family. Include them all.

Take the time to make sure that all your friends and family are present to share in this extremely meaningful moment. You could have them hiding only to come out when you announce, “She said yes!” They and she will love you for it.

Either way look at it, this one moment in yours and her life will live in eternity. Go all out! Give your proposal its own place on the map your life together.
